Wizard for creating the NC report
The solution provides a wizard that guides the user in generating the NC report, automatically filling out certain data due to its integration with the other company applications, and involves the right user at the right time through automatic workflows.
Automatic sending of e-mails
Once the NC has been generated, the solution automatically sends the supplier or the client an e-mail containing a link to access the dedicated web portal , where they can interact to resolve the problem simply and effectively. The system sends regular automatic reminders in the event of no response.
Interaction through the web portal
Through the client/supplier web portal, you can exchange documents and data in full autonomy to resolve the problem. For example, the solution can set up an action for a request for correction to the supplier or a request for derogation to the client, all in an automated manner.

With the COLLHUBORATE suite, the management of Non-Conformities can be completely digitised in a few simple steps. Find out what they are!
The user generates the Non-Conformity report using a wizard and, due to the full integration with the company’s other apps, the Solution automatically fills out some information, simplifying the process and reducing errors.
When creating the NC, you can attach photographic documentation acquired directly on-site using the Globe App.
Once the Non-Conformity is generated, you can simply and quickly create the related request for corrective action, automatically sending it to the supplier if the problem is attributable to them.
The supplier receives an e-mail containing a link to access the dedicated web portal, where they can enter documents and information relating to the request for corrective action.
Once a non-conformity has been identified, the solution lets you send the client a request for derogation, through an autogenerated e-mail containing a link to manage the operation on the dedicated web portal. From here, the client can decide whether to accept or ask to re-process/repair or reject the goods.
Instead, where the client detects the non-conformity on receipt of the goods, they can enter a report in the client portal, which will be digitally and automatically managed by the solution.
