The supplier sends the transport documents in advance via e-mail or through the portal, as soon as they print them. The solution acquires them, recognises the supplier, automatically extracts the data and uploads the information from the delivery notes to the ERP, without any actions by the user.
Immediate automatic archiving for storage pursuant to law
The Globe DMS platform acquires the transport documents in PDF for digital archiving, also pursuant to law. Once the goods arrive, the hard copy of the transport documents is scanned and automatically associated with the PDF sent in advance.

The supplier sends the delivery note by e-mail or dedicated portal as soon as it is printed, before the goods arrive.
A special connector remains “listening” in a specific e-mail box or folder to automatically acquire incoming Transport Documents from suppliers (PDF, EDI or any other format).
This triggers a process of importing the document, recognising the content and the associated supplier, to automatically apply the correct mapping to extract the data.
In addition to the quantities needed to update the warehouse incoming loads, the solution can also extract any additional information, for example, the product numbers of any components for tracking.
The solution uploads to the ERP the data on the incoming goods in a fully automated manner.
Even if the operation is transparent for users, a specific monitor lets them always have full, constant control over the progress of the process.
