Arclinea Arredamenti Spa deals with the production of kitchen furniture of high quality and incomparable appeal. This attention to design and the aesthetic aspect of the product must also be extended to every aspect of the relationship with customers and suppliers.
Hence arises the need to restructure the documents layout to provide a consistent graphic design, while automating the sending and archiving operations.
The previously adopted solutions, usually coupled with the traditional printing of typographic columning, have proved to be inflexible, not efficient enough and not able to ensure the autonomy of the company and the timeliness of the interventions.
The choice was therefore on Sendy, a document composition software that allows in a few steps to redesign all layouts, respecting the Marketing Department guidelines.
With a single tool, moreover, it is possible to control parametrically the storage and sending through the various transmission channels involved (e.g. by fax, e-mail, traditional mailing), thanks also to the integration with the master data of the ERP system adopted (which in the case of Arclinea resides on a IBM System i).
Today, using Sendy, Arclinea is able to automatically send personalized communications but in a massive way, even managing anomalies and errors.
